Southwest Florida builder provides attractive, affordable home choices in Lehigh Acres

A re-named gated community has taken on a new life.

The community formerly known as The Grove was recently bought and renamed Marblebrook.

Presently there are several homes under construction, with additional expansion plans in the works.

D.R. Horton is currently building homes starting in the high-$100's.

According to D.R. Horton, one of the largest builders in the United States, this is just part of their plans for growth in Lehigh Acres.

According to Pentecost, Marblebrook is fully-developed with one single-family and one twin villa model now under construction, with anticipated completion dates in mid to late June.

Marblebrook offers six single-family floor plans including the single-story, 1,554-square-foot Hamilton, currently priced from $179,990 and up. The largest floor plan, the two-story Elle, offers 2,807 square feet, five bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths, living rooms both upstairs and downstairs and a two-car garage. The Elle currently starts at $249,990.

The new homes start from the mid-100 thousand and will be located in the heart of Lehigh Acres.

According to Pentecost, this is likely just the beginning in the surge of new, single family home developments in Lehigh Acres.

"With more commercial and retail locations opening east of I-75, Lehigh Acres is an ideal location for families and first-time homebuyers looking for a great value. Master-planned developments such as Marblebrook and Town Lakes provide residents with a planned community environment featuring gated entries," said Pentecost.

Town Lakes, another of the gated Express Homes communities built by D.R. Horton, is currently open for viewing by those interested in purchasing a home within the new community.

"Town Lakes is fully developed with two single-family model homes open daily giving visitors the opportunity to get a firsthand look at the value and conveniences offered by our Express Homes brand," said Pentecost.

Town Lakes' Hamilton model consists of a 1,554-square-foot floor plan that includes three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a two-car garage. The master suite features a private bathroom and a spacious walk-in closet.

Lakes offers five additional floor plans from the high-$100s to the low-$200s, with several quick move-in opportunities.

"With the success Express Homes has had at Town Lakes and Marblebrook in the few months since opening for sales, we believe we will see an increase in demand for affordably priced homes in these types of developments in Lehigh Acres, as well as other areas east of the I-75 corridor," Pentecost said.
